Corbly Trace

Nestled in a quiet corner of Mt. Washington, with easy access to all the community offers, Corbly Trace is an affordable, income based seniors only apartment community, age 62 and over. At Corbly Trace, rent includes all utilities (air conditioning, heat, and electric, etc.) except for telephone service and cable. Our 44 one-bedroom apartments are situated on a lovely campus with a country setting.

• Apartments come with equipped kitchens which are located at one end of the main living/dining area. All apartments have sizeable walk-in showers for easy entrance. Heat and air conditioning are individually controlled within the apartment. Our building has two levels serviced by an elevator or two stairways.
• We do allow pets. Cats and small dogs under 30 pounds are welcome. Although we do require a pet deposit, it can be paid over several months in payments as little as $10 and is refundable according to the Pet Policy.
• Corbly Trace has excellent maintenance 24/7 and security monitoring features. Service Coordination is offered to our residents who may be seeking outside services, and you can enjoy using the visiting Library services. Corbly Trace is a smoke free facility.
• Corbly Trace sits back from the road on beautifully landscaped grounds. Residents are welcome to come to the common areas and socialize or watch the big screen TV. There are puzzles residents can do, bingo and card games to enjoy or join a Wii bowling team for fun and laughter.
• Our building has a laundry facility for residents located on the second floor with four washers and dryers which are coin operated.
• Resident parking is located in the front of the building and you can sign-up for carport rotation. All residents are free to have a car on campus as long as the car is functional and fully insured, as required by law.
• Each apartment has four closets; an entry way coat closet, a kitchen pantry, a linen closet and a large bedroom closet.
