Express Mobile Transportation is a division of Executive Transportation, the premier ground transportation company in the Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky area. Executive Transportation has been in business since 1961.
Express Mobile Transportation was established in 2018 to meet the growing need for reliable non-emergency transportation (NEMT). The Express Mobile Transportation mission is to provide a level of service that keeps our passengers connected to their family, friends, and communities. The pick-up driver, JIM, was incredibly friendly, upbeat and professional in his handling of my Mom and interaction with both Mom and myself. We had a wonderful time talking about Northern Kentucky, finding points of commonality, and involving Mom in “sightseeing”. He truly is a credit to your service! The return driver, AMBER, was exactly the same caliber of representative. She was very compassionate, concerned about Mom’s comfort but most of all very safe in her nighttime driving which could be alarming to an elderly person in a wheelchair who doesn’t “go out” very often. I was very impressed.
Patrick, the driver, was early, incredibly kind, and fantastic to work with. Very happy with the service and he did a great job!
After calling several other places, I was able to book long-distance transport to Wilmington from Cincy for an appointment. Greg was my driver, and he was excellent. He made sure I was safe, and I was very happy with my ride.
