Located on 14 beautifully landscaped acres in Columbus, Ohio, the Forum at Knightsbridge is a full-service senior living community offering elegant apartments for independent living and assisted living. Also offering Five Star Senior Living’s award-winning Bridge to Rediscovery Alzheimer’s memory care program, assisted living for early memory loss in our Ambassador Suites, on-site outpatient rehabilitation therapies through Ageility, and respite/short stays.

Our nationally recognized services and amenities include restaurant-style dining; social, recreational, and educational activities; a 24-hour specially trained staff; an on-site salon and gift shop; and laundry and housekeeping. Ambassador Suites (assisted living for early memory loss) offers just the right amount of assistance to maximize independence with dedicated nurses and aides available 24/7 to help with everything from eating to dressing to medication management. The Forum at Knightsbridge offers traditional assisted living along with Ambassador Suites (assisted living for early memory care) options including studio and one-bedroom apartments complete with full bath.

 Memory Care – Alzheimer’s/Dementia
