Liberty Commons is a federally subsidized elderly and disabled independent living community ; tenants pays approximately 30% of their monthly income after medical deductions.

The building is a three story brick with elevator access to 80 (1) bedroom units.

We do offer handicap accessible units  and  have  laundry facilities onsite. All utilities are paid with the exception of internet, cable and phone.

There is also a Service Coordinator on site who assists residents in obtaining services which allow them  remain independent in their home. Services can include, but are not limited to: health and benefits education and assistance, community connections, and information and referrals. Here at Liberty Commons we pride ourselves in offering a very quiet, clean and comfortable community set in the quaint town of Tipp City, Ohio.
