Welcome to Reliant At Home! From the day we are born we work towards independence and self reliance. As we grow older we can become dependent on others to ensure we can remain in our homes safely regardless of our age.

Working with your physician, our goal is to see that you remain in your home as long as it is safe and therapeutically effective. Reliant at Home is a Medicare/Medicaid certified Home Health Agency providing Home Health Aides, Skilled Nursing with Registered Nurses, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.

When selecting a caregiver for yourself or a loved one consider the services offered. Reliant at Home can provide most of the Home Health services you will need… In one organization.

We can coordinate Home Health Aides with other skilled services and provide you with one point of contact. Reliant at Home was founded in December of 2010 to meet the needs of central and north central Indiana residents requiring Home Health Services.

We are locally owned and operated by Nurses with over 50 years of combined experience in the Home Health industry. This experience allows us to guide you in understanding your benefits, and how to use your benefits in developing a Plan of Care specific to you or your loved one’s needs.

Our corporate office is located in Noblesville, Indiana and we have local caregivers in all of the counties we support.

This allows us to minimize costs while being able to respond to our customer’s needs in a timely manner. We recognize the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each person.
