Our Staff Includes
• Primary Care Physician, Pulmonologist , Respiratory Therapist, Psychiatrist, Podiatrist , Audiologist , Opthalmologist , Beautician come once a week, offering a variety of services.
Healthcare Services
• Post-Operative Care , Comprehensive Wound Care Therapies, Infusion Therapies , Respiratory Services , Woodcrest also offers Activities throughout the day. Activities are based around the resident’s needs and likes. Families are invited to participate.

I was admitted to Woodcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation for rehab services. When I was in the hospital I was told my wounds may never heal. My stay at Woodcrest quickly changed that prognosis, as after only a few weeks my wounds were completely healed! I owe it to the wonderful care I have recieved! Throughout every step of my journey to healing, I noticed how much the facility cared about me, from nurses all the way up to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
I love Woodcrest! Everyone is so helpful and nice, and they’re always there when I need them. Thank to their rehab, I am getting a lot better at caring for myself. Only a few months ago i couldn’t move from my bed to my chair without help, but now I can! The activities department always has something going on with my favorites being Bingo and Arts & Crafts! They keep everything so lively and happy. The nursing department is great and always there to help; they really care about me. Even our administrator, Jill, is amazing. I would consider her more of my friend than the administrator, because she knows and loves us all so much. Woodcrest really is my home.
I love Woodcrest! The activities department is great. They always have fun things for us to do. The nurses here are always there whenever they are needed and the aides are wonderful as they always take care of any needs I may have. I recently received the opportunity to be a mentor out in our community to others with spinal cord injuries. When I shared this news with our administrator Jill, she immediately asked if she too could be a part of the process. I’m excited for us to be helping others together! I recommend Woodcrest to anyone needing therapy as our therapists have helped me to progress more than any of my doctors could have ever predicted!
Thank you to the aides, they really take good care of me and are there to help when I need them. Everyone has been so nice and helpful since I’ve been here. Therapy does a great job, they focus on my needs and really work with me to reach my goals. The way they treat me isn’t like a job, they treat me like I am their family. Coming to Woodcrest feels just like being at home.
