Kale is a great vegetable to eat because it is full of calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K. Kale offers many anti-cancer benefits; helps lower cholesterol; and fights heart disease. Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planets so always be sure to include some in your diet.
