Triangle Senior Centers: Providing Services, Activities and Information to the Community

Whether you need to know how to find services to maintain your independence or are simply looking for a way to meet new people, stop by a Triangle J Area on Aging senior center and you’ll probably find exactly what you need … and then some. Created to respond to seniors’ diverse interests and needs, these multi-purpose facilities offer a wide variety of activities and assistance for seniors in the community. They’re also the ideal setting for seniors to meet and interact with their peers and even offer the opportunity to connect with people with different backgrounds and learn from one another.

However, people over 55 aren’t the only ones reaping the benefits of Triangle senior centers. These facilities are a resource for the whole community, providing insight about aging and information about caregiving to family members and friends providing support to seniors. In addition, Triangle senior centers recruit help from people of all ages, with a variety of skills and interests, to add value to their services and programs.
